Touro College was established specifically to target the Jewish community and provide a place of higher learning in the secular subjects that did not conflict with Jewish beliefs or lifestyles (i.e. classes are separated by gender)
They accept up to 40 credits from an outside Yeshiva. The rest of the credits must be taken in house.

YeshivaDegree.com was launched in order to help Yeshiva students navigate their way through the various options they have with regard to earning a University degree with their Yeshiva credits. The time one spends in Yeshiva stimulates and grows the mind in ways that University education often cannot accomplish and thus, it only makes sense that the experience and growth one achieves during Yeshiva should be reflected in a recognized University document.
